Scope of Work

  • Provide and Install (2) (N) Kaeser “Air Center” SK 15 Rotary Screw Compressors
    • 71 CFM @ 100 PSIG Each to Match Existing, 460V, 3 Phase, 60 Hz, 67 dB(A)
    • 5 Gallon Air Receiver with Auto Receiver Tank Drain
    • Built-In Refrigerated Kaeser Secotec Dryer
    • Condensate Drain CAT Kit Air Center SK15
      • Compressed Air Filters F22KE
    • Condensate Treatment KCF-50 Condensate Treatment System
    • Sigma Control 2 – Compressor “LEAD – LAG” Alternation
    • Kaeser Factory Startup-Commissioning x 3

 

  • Phase Planning
    • Phase 1 - Designated Temporary Air Compressor
      • Rig, Set, and Anchor (1) (N) Kaeser SK 15 Rotary Screw Compressor
      • Plumbing
        • Provide Temporary POC – Complete POC with Flexible Compressed Air Hose Connection
      • Electrical
        • Safe-Off - LOTO, Disconnect Power Feeding (1) of the Existing Kaeser Compressors
          • (E) 30A Breaker Panel GEZ4A-32,34,36
        • Complete Power Wiring to Temporary Compressor Location – Terminate Wires
        • Startup and Test
      • Phase 2 - Demo
        • Demo and Removal of Existing Kaeser SK 19 Rotary Screw Compressors
        • Electrical Demo – Including Safe-Off – LOTO
          • (E) 30A Breaker Panel GEN4-7,9,11
        • Cleanup (E) Equipment Pad
      • Phase 3 – (N) Control Air Compressor CAC-2
        • Install (1) (N) Kaeser SK 15 Rotary Screw Compressor
          • Rig, Set, Seismically Anchor
          • Complete Plumbing POC + Condensate Drains
          • Complete Electrical Power Conduit – Wire – Terminations
            • (E) 30A Breaker Panel GEN4-7,9,11
          • Startup and Test
        • Phase 4 – (N) Control Air Compressor CAC-1
          • Remove 2nd (N) Kaeser SK 15 from Temporary Location. Rig, Set, Seismically Anchor in Final Location.
            • Electrical Safe-Off – LOTO

            • Complete Plumbing POC + Condensate Drains
