Installation of a (N) Medical-Laboratory Vacuum System.

Scope of Work

  • AES-Dekker Medical-Laboratory Vacuum System Model AES-VMX0036MA3-40-DS
    • (3) Dekker Titan single stage 3HP liquid ring vacuum pump skids.
    • Capacity each vacuum pump 6.4 SCFM @ 24” HGVAC. *Note the liquid ring technology has a slight variance in CFM due to close tolerances between the vacuum pump impeller and vacuum pump body.
    • System Components Include:
      • (3) TEFC Electric motors, 230/460 Volt, 3 Phase, Premium Efficiency.
      • (3) Patented DX5 Discharge Separator-Reservoirs with 5 Stage Air/Oil Separation, Including Coalescing Filter.
