Description

Scope of Work

  • Coordinate and provide demo, rigging, removal of (E) duplex AES-LV-100DSOS-120D, VMX0103MA2-00-DS, S/N I19469 duplex 7.5HP oil-sealed liquid ring vacuum system.
  • Provide and install (N) AES-Dekker AES-VMX0103MA2-40-DS, duplex 7.5HP oil-sealed liquid ring laboratory vacuum system per attached specification and general arrangement drawing.
  • Coordinate and provide mechanical, electrical, structural installation of (N) AES-Dekker laboratory vacuum system.
    • (N) Dekker VMX0103M vacuum pump, 95 ACFM @ 25”HGVAC each.
    • (N) 120-gallon vertical receiver with bypass piping.
    • Rig, set and seismically anchor (N) laboratory vacuum system and control panel.
    • Provide temporary vacuum pump as required.
    • Plumbing installation per attached mechanical drawings.
    • Demo (E) piping as required to complete (N) laboratory vacuum system plumbing suction and discharge/exhaust POC.
  • Provide and install (N) Solberg Inlet Filter HV-UL850/1-200C specification and data sheet attached.
    • 3-Valve bypass to allow service on (N) Solberg Inlet Filter.
  • Complete 2” suction POC and 2” (E) POC.
    • (E) Temporary POC
  • Electrical installation per attached electrical drawings including:
    • Includes (N) electrical POC from (E) Power Feed Panel TBD.
    • Review temporary provisions for temporary power if required.
